TCL Drilling is owned and operated by Michael Leathem a class 3 licensed water well driller.
Michael Leathem has 25 years experience in the Offshore Oil and Gas industry specializing in the Ultra-Deepwater Sector in various locations around the world prior to starting TCL
TCL operates in QLD with a base in Chinchilla and in Richmond and the operational areas of Far North Queensland as far as Weipa / Burketown etc.
We service the Rural sector with the full range of water bores, ie: pastoral companies, town supply bores, and private landowners.
The bores include Artesian, Shallow stock and domestic, Commercial irrigation, and water monitoring bores for new mine startups and of course government-funded capping and replacement scheme bores.
We have undertaken many large projects working with large Companies – Rio Tinto, Shell, Arrow Energy, AGL, Tri Star.
